In 2000, I moved to San Diego, California, with approximately $600 and almost no local network. I began by independently seeking real estate opportunities and gradually entered the student housing and rental property market.
My first major project involved approximately 80 student housing beds. Through market research, negotiation, leasing, renovations, construction coordination, and day-to-day property operations, I built practical experience across the full real estate lifecycle.
